beach bitch series:
Number two of three series we shot during our holidays, shot during our last day there. We did it instead of another series we c-o-uld not do because of pure hostility. Some stupid idiots started to throw stones at us from a roof in a street we wanted to use. Never mind, strange things happen sometimes. Well, the beach: hard to shoot, this set. Oliver had to manage to shoot from a floating pedal boat, it was a windy day again and we just floated away from each other seconds after we lost grip and Oliver was ready to shoot. Would have definitely been c-o-ol to have some assistence during this one. But on the other hand you can imagine that it was fun to have all the club tourists around us and watch them stare. I guess the crowd was impressed while totally c-o-nfused.
As usual we shot the series on Kodak Ektachrome 100VS medium format with a Mamiya 645 and a 45mm lens. Lighting was totally available only and we have been a bit too late there. Sun raised up to his 11.00 am position and light was getting harsh already. So, forgive us the poppy c-o-lours, we thought that a beach bitch desires a strange arrangement.
The c-o-stume will c-o-me up in a second gallery soon and was manufactured by HW-Design following an idea and layout by c-o-de. Any questions?
Cheers, c-o
